This textile structure creates a dense yet supple fabric with a pore spacing calibrated to less than 0.1cm. This specific micro-texture is a critical safety feature, engineered to prevent tiny infant fingers and toes from snagging, which can pose a tourniquet hazard in looser weaves.

The combed cotton fibers are spun to produce a silky, low-pilling surface that remains exceptionally soft against a baby's sensitive skin, wash after wash.
